New to the area, we found Aqua on google. we didn’t install the system ourselves and we wanted to know what we were dealing with. Doug and his team helped us with a variety of needs including servicing / cleaning, repair of corroded line sets, clean up poor installation and drywall patch. Doug was very helpful in explaining the issues as it was a large expense. When the tech Tyler left, the system was in tip top shape. We used the system and discovered one of the units wasn’t draining properly. Emailed Doug in the evening and by the time I called the office the next morning they already had a tech on the way out. Doug and assistant installed a dishwasher, involving plumbing, electrical and carpentry, including leveling of dishwaher with floor. 2.5 Hours of solid, professional work. Extremely skilled. They were able to remove old dishwaher, then install new one two days later; unheard of response time. Highly responsive. Can't recommend enough

I wanted to give a big Thumbs Up for Aqua Services. From the start, in speaking to Susan to set my first appointment this group performed professionally. Doug respectfully called prior to his arrival, and was patient with my questions about a leaking relief valve. Their price for the job was fair, and significantly less than the competition's estimate on parts. I've had a number of issues with my Rinnai Combi unit for 4 years, but happy to say I've found good solid help with Aqua Services. THANKS!!
