I cannot say enough about the people at Rustys from Katie and Olivia that answer the phone, to the technicians Corey, Devon, and Will who serviced my gas burner and Hot Water heater. They are the best and Id never use anyone else. Hats off to RUSTYS!!!

My house was freezing. My Granddaughter was staying there for a few weeks and we were home in Boston. I had tried several heating cos. Last year when our burner died and all said they wernt taking any new customers. So this year I was in a panic the same thing would happen. The man who installed a new burner last year we couldn’t reach. Rusty’s was so nice and sent Bruce out within 48 hours. He quickly assessed the situation and installed a new thermostat and bingo heat. I’m so grateful for Rustys.Service: HVAC system repair

I needed to have my heating system upgraded because my furnace was 48 years old and also wanted Air Conditioning. I did quite a bit of research on Heat pumps and had several companies come by and it was Tom at Rusty's that was the most honest and well informed on these systems. He did NOT try to sell me anything I didn't need. He Technicians were timely, professional and very friendly. Answered all my questions and completed the new system quickly and efficiently.
