HIGHLY recommended! Had a water leak associated with a condenser, potential for large amounts of damage. Showed up Sunday morning and worked on the problem until it was fixed and tested. What a relief to have folks, you can trust to fix these sorts of problems.

I couldn’t have lucked out any better than I did when I called GEM! My outdoor condenser unit stopped working, and I called around to several places and GEM Was the first one to say I’ll be there tonight and in the end I just had to send them photos of my current unit and they were able to find me a replacement unit within minutes. That was on Tuesday and by Thursday I had a brand new unit and what might be the hottest week of the summer. They really came through and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service from the moment I called until the end of the install.
