“Imagine moving to a new town and not knowing how to properly work the mini splits? A call to A &L Cooling was returned promptly and a time to check on the system made. Prior to coming I received follow up texts with some suggestions but the system still would not go above 63 degrees. The appointment was great with a calm and patient technician walking me through the system and trying each unit in my home. He even helped me get some heavy packages into the house!
