“Several years ago when I installed 2 mini splits I shopped around and Luke and Alex (A&L) had the best price for installation and servicing. They were on time, extremely professional, explained how the system works and installed in a very timely manner.

This past summer, I had a problem getting the mini split to start. I contacted Luke and he spent easily a half an hour with me explaining what I was doing wrong and once he explained it, the mini split started right up. I was so happy that a professional with Luke’s experience stayed with me and helped me get this problem resolved on a very, very hot summer day.

Recently, I had the mini splits serviced. There was a little confusion about the appointment as Luke had an emergency and I was leaving the Cape the next day. He was very accommodating and scheduled me for 9 AM the next morning. Luke and Alex arrived before the scheduled time completed the scheduled maintenance, cleaned up after themselves and went onto their next appointment.
