This company has responded quickly to our needs for our new "old" home. They are helpful , responsive and their technician takes the time to explain our system to us. I highly recommend this company for your service needs!!
Called me back on 4th of July weekend and tried to diagnose over the phone. However supply houses were closed until Monday. They came by 815am on Monday and fixed problem by 1015! Hot water again...
JM Pazakis company is fantastic. We've had John out a couple of times now for service. Called at 8am, John was on site by 12. Both times he repaired the issue with ease, though he'd only seen the early issue once in his long career. Pricing is available on the website and they stick to it. You'd be hard pressed to get me to call anyone else. An excellent experience.
