Steve and his team did a great job working with our schedule as we are seasonal residents. They installed a new Mitubishi Mini Split system that has room too add in the future. They were careful with install, location, and answered all our questions. Highly recommend.
There seems to be a disconnect between the answering service or folks answering the phone. However the technician who came out without prior notice was courteous, honest and resolved the issue quickly and made sure the system was running as it was designed. The tech (Adam) is the epitome of who you want to be replicated by the rest of the techs.
Adam and Reuben were extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to make sure our boiler was functioning properly. I definitely recommend Bourque Heating and Cooling.
