“Woke to cold house and pilot light out…..very cold day…..Made a call to Bourque Heating at 10am, quickly answered by Joanne ….. account pulled up and verified. “Need for Service” slip initiated. Called back at 1130 that technician would be here by 12-1230. Technician arrived on time, friendly, knowledgeable and able to explain to me in layman’s terms what the issues were for today and possible future issues we may have. Within 20” house warm again. Thank you so much. Would recommend this heating/HVAC company any day.“
