“New to the area, we found Aqua on google. we didn’t install the system ourselves and we wanted to know what we were dealing with. Doug and his team helped us with a variety of needs including servicing / cleaning, repair of corroded line sets, clean up poor installation and drywall patch. Doug was very helpful in explaining the issues as it was a large expense. When the tech Tyler left, the system was in tip top shape. We used the system and discovered one of the units wasn’t draining properly. Emailed Doug in the evening and by the time I called the office the next morning they already had a tech on the way out. He quickly repaired the issue - yet another present from the prior owner installation. “We used Flaherty Heating and Air Conditioning to install two mini-split air conditioning units in the bedrooms on the second floor of our summer home in Harwich Port. Kevin was recommended to us by our plumber and it turned out to be a good choice. After we signed him up for the job, an extraordinary heat wave hit the area and so he was not able to get the job started as quickly as we would have liked. Once he hot started, however, he was there nearly continuously until it was finished. Kevin was accessible by cell phone and accommodated our need to have the project completed by a certain date (when we had a large contingent of family visiting and definitely wanted the AC working on the second floor (which before the minisplits were installed would get extremely hot in the summer even with all the windows open). Kevin worked, without complaint (and without any extra charge!) on the Saturday and Sunday prior to our family's visit to be sure the job was completed on time (we still had to arrange for the electrician to connect the system power supply). I was particularly impressed with how neat they kept the house over the course of the work, and what attention was paid to the appearance of the outside condenser and the pipes going to and from it along the side of the house (which were enclosed with neat, unobtrusive sleeves/covers. Totally satisfied with the work, the price and the professionalism shown by Kevin Flaherty and his workers.“

“We turned our heat on for the first time this season to find that our wireless thermostats were reading "no signal". I contacted EF Winslow right away as they were the ones who installed them just a little over 3 yrs ago. I'll admit it took some time to get someone there but that's because they are THAT good. Their schedule was booked but they came as soon as they could. They were courteous and professional. They assessed the situation and trouble shot it with several different people from different departments until the problem was found. I commend them for that, not everyone would have taken that much time when they could have just told me to replace everything. I told them I wanted to do something different than what I had done with them a few years back and Mark was wonderful. He took the time and really thought about what I was explaining to him. He did a great job. He was quick and clean and honest which was important to me. Bridgette and all the folks at EFW work hard scheduling for repairs and installs. “I recommend Bayside to everyone I know. I had several plumbing companies come out to my newly purchased cottage, only to be told that the work I wanted done (adding a washer/dryer hook up) was impossible and that I should raise the home and add a basement. In contrast, Bayside told me that anything was possible. And indeed it was, as I now have a washer/dryer... as well as a dishwasher and outdoor shower!
