Our fridge lock broke and wouldn’t open with the key. They answered the phone quickly, and was able to come to the site almost immediately and open the lock within 10 minutes. Thank you!

Very nice and helpful — walked over within 10 minutes of my call to fix an office door. Walked me through his fixing process and explained the problem, so I could address it after he left, if necessary.
Would highly recommend!
He’s been a locksmith in the area for 10+ years, but looks new on Google bc his old account got hacked. Thanks, Marcos!

Needed a new lock to be installed in Charlestown. Marcos was very responsive and came over the same evening and put in a new lock. His pricing is very fair and work quality is very good. I would use his service again.
