B&S Comfort Solutions far exceeded my expectations! I was in desperate need of a gas furnace replacement. Danny assessed the needs of my home and was able to come out to do the replacement the next business day. He was on time, finished in less than 3 hours (5 hours less than the original time frame provided), and left the area in pristine condition. After completing the installation, he took the time to explain everything in detail and patiently answered any question I had. Danny did a great Job! He was able to fix our heating system and get us back up and running in a short amount of time. He is very knowledgeable and has great customer service. I recently contacted B&S to fix water leaking from my heating system. We didn't know where the issue was coming from and Danny was able to figure it out. He was very knowledgable and took the time to explain our heating system to us. He figured out the problem was not w the boiler but instead it was the water heater. He took initiative to figure out our warranty, contacted the manufacturer, and was able to install a new water heater within 24 hours. I was not even aware the water heater had a warranty. Danny figured it out for us. B&S is reliable, knowledgeable, and prompt. I will definitely be using this company in the future.
