We decided to get more plumbing work done which included replacing 5 old shutoff valves, removing the garbage disposal and putting in new drain/waste pvc, a new sink flange, and two new union traps. I live in a fairly large garden-style condo complex, and should I need work done, it must always be by a licensed professional. “I had Tim come to my home to assess my geothermal heat pump. This summer it started leaking refrigerant and repairs had to be made twice. I had several companies come out to assess the unit and all said the 14 year old unit needed replacing. After Tim assessed the unit, he said there is no need to replace a 14 year old unit because typically they last 25 years. He told me that it can still be repaired if it breaks again. The repair would be difficult and a lot of work but it wouldn't need replacing. It makes me so happy to know there is someone willing to tell you the truth even if it makes them no money at the time.
