From beginning to end of the process of getting the form to Dr. Mercuri, following up when it got held up in the mail, having Dr. Mercuri fill out another form, calling me when she saw that I had not picked up the second form, which I had not picked up as I had said I would. “I'm so glad to have found Emilie and Julie at Highland Optician in Newton Highland, MA, who have fitted my glasses superbly and much better than any other optician I had previously used.I need glasses which are very difficult for many opticians to get right, including refraction, prisms both vertical and horizontal and astigmatism. And I get glasses which include progressive and transition lenses. A large mall optician was never able to get them right, which forced me to return to its store to get the glasses adjusted to permit me to see clearly.I just purchased my second pair of glasses from Emilie and they are perfect, just like my previous pair. It's nice to work with someone who is a true expert optician and is a pleasure to work with as well. And their prices are competitive with others.Emilie and Julie are the best.“
