Went for an overdue eye exam and was pleasantly surprised how welcoming and streamlined the whole experience was. From the initial greeting walking in, to getting eye images done, then finishing up with Dr Chow going over results and zeroing in on correct Rx. Very friendly staff all around and would definitely recommend to anyone needing optometrist appointments. Will definitely be a repeat patient there.
I have been seeing Dr. Licktieg for almost a decade. He is such a friendly and knowledgeable guy who explains everything patiently and clearly in laymens terms.

The doctors are good, but their scheduling stinks. I had an appointment I made a year ago. I got text messages to confirm the appointment, then I showed up to the appointment and was told it was canceled because I didn’t “verify” it. I showed her the text chain that ends with “ Thank you, we will see you at your appointment “. They squeezed me in, but it wasn’t with my usual doctor, and I had to wait- due to their error.
