I signed up with Max Gordon at my son's suggestion and, three years later, feel stronger and surer on my feet than I have for quite awhile. What stands out about Max is that he listens to you and then adapts each workout to meet your needs. I am always challenged but never cowed or discouraged. Big, BIG thumbs up!“

Working with Adam has really motivated me to get back into shape for all the sports I like to play (primarily tennis). My kids are teens and Pure Performance has amazing programs for young athletes who want to do off field/court training with trainers who have experience working with this cohort. No matter what time of day I’m at the gym (I’m writing this in July), there are high school and college athletes working hard with their friends— it’s a great vibe. Highly recommended!“

I walked in to Nadine warmly greeting me at the door, as well as other bright & smiling staff faces. She walked me to this clean and beautiful massage room that had a sauna and an Icoone machine for lymphatic drainage. She gave me a relaxing and healing hour massage that was whole body, but also focused on problem areas. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and I can tell she is very experienced. She also prioritized my comfort level with everything, which made me feel at ease.
Afterwards she introduced me to David, who gave me a mini therapeutic stretch session after we were discussing my tendon issues from sports injuries, which also helped a lot, as he was also very knowledgeable.

In addition to being someone who would always give up on my self-care and get discouraged, I've also been living with a rare autoimmune disease called Systemic Sclerosis. No other trainer has worked with me at the level of Eric's expertise. He is smart, well educated, and flexible in his thinking about how to work with me on my fitness journey. I'm now approaching my 60th birthday and can say that I am stronger, more flexible, and able bodied than when I was 30 years old. No joke, Eric is a gem that has literally helped me stay upright and strong. I highly recommend that you check out his services.“

Danielle does a great job of balancing each session with strength and also exercises that help with tightness/stiffness that have proven especially helpful after leaning over a screen all week. Going to Pilates with my mom most often, I’ve seen that Danielle also tailors each lesson and exercise to the individual needs of her clients, meeting each person where they are at that week and challenging them in areas she knows they can succeed in. What is so special about Danielle as an instructor, in addition to her patience and careful instruction, though, is that she doesn’t just care about how your body is feeling, but also about how you feel mentally. She is one of the most thoughtful people I’ve ever met, and she is always sure to greet myself, my mom, and my grandmother (all clients of hers) with positivity in our lessons. I always feel so much better mentally and physically after leaving a session, so I highly recommend Danielle as a Pilates instructor!“

She is purposeful in increasing her Clients strength with each class. I have been a studio member (8 classes/month) for over 8 months, and with Erins' help, I have increased my core strength 10 fold and counting.
Erin, is a superb, experienced Pilates instructor who makes every class both fun and challenging. She methodically talks her students through every position while explaining how each move strengthens, open and stretches each muscle group. I have also met alot of new Pilates friends and highly recommend this Studio.“

The instructors did have follow through and it is not their fault if someone loses an item. They did their best and even delayed the start of class to look. Yes, it would have been nice to have found the item but don’t blame the instructors for your carelessness.“
