I started going to Fit4 Newton earlier this year after realizing I needed to get back into a consistent workout routine. I had tried working out at home for months, but I kept losing motivation and skipping workouts. A friend recommended this gym because they said it had a more supportive atmosphere than some of the larger commercial gyms nearby, and honestly they were right.

My first day there was a little intimidating because I hadn’t worked out seriously in a long time, but the staff immediately made me feel comfortable. I walked in as a guest and asked if I could weigh myself. The young man was very kind and smiling and said, “Of course, please, the scale is in the restroom.” It was so friendly and nice. This is how real service should look. After this, I want to recommend this gym to everyone — kindness like this can change the world.
