Taozen is a top notch company and I would highly recommend them. Taocame out very quickly and provided an estimate (the price was very reasonable compared to other quotes I had received). He was very experienced and provided recommendations on how to deal with the underlying subfloor of a very old house and helped me to choose the best wood direction. They were able to finish the job within a week, and evenworked around my piano, which I chose to keep in the house because it would have been too difficult to move out of the house. The whole experience was great! Several years ago, we had hardwood floors installed in 6 rooms continuously, and a hallway. Before the project, I had spoken with Tao several times over two months and he came to my home three different times to work out details and give me an accurate quote. He was able to schedule my job three days earlier than planned and it was done completely in the time that he gave me. My husband and I had bought our flooring on our own and it turns out that there were a couple of snags during installation since it was a less expensive floor and had many more shorter pieces than we were expecting.
