Friendly and knowledgeable teachers, the owner is also a sweet and outgoing teacher. The studio is sunny and has off street parking all the way in the back (ask for directions if you can’t find it). Don’t worry about the checking in online mandate that the website says, that’s just a matter of having Mindbody app on your phone.

Having been to 4 classes at 3 different locations with 2 different teachers I can confidently say that chakra power yoga is one of the most welcoming, fun and kind communities that I have ever had the pleasure of being a part of. Their teachers construct and teach their sequences with the students in mind and shape their dharmas so beautifully that I feel like they're speaking to me directly every time. I'd recommend everyone I know take a class here. This is real yoga the way it is meant to be taught. Thank you Nicole and Tina for the amazing experience!

This studio is truly the best vibe in town. The owner, teachers, community are a group of the most lovely authentic welcoming people. We should all be surrounding ourselves with this positive energy as often as we can! Take a class! Any class! You will not be disappointed!
