I want to give a big shout out to a Pro Customer Service associate - Selena. The prices at this store are great, but the customer service that we received from Selena was exceptional. Selena was great at my first order when I had to order a lot of different tiles: she kept it organized for me, helped to look for substitutes and explained everything that a new customer needs to know. Several month later we had an issue with the tile delivery on the back order: it was pushed out, I received miscommunication that it is not likely to come at all... Spent almost 2 hours with Shazia even though our appointment was only for an hour. She was very kind and patient with us throughout the whole process of choosing tiles. Appreciate her help so much!
What a great experience! My husband and I were daunted by the task of picking out flooring and wall tile but Jane at the Waltham location made the process easy. She knew what to ask, how to have us narrow the options and ultimately make our choices. If you’re there for the same reason, ask for Jane!
