Phil , the technician is very thorough, kind and professional. He examined the mice box that other technician forgot to put the poison there earlier. I was always wondering why the mice box was put there for more than 3 months, but I still notice little mouse running around... Until we figure out what happened... John was amazing! He was very knowledgeable, explained what he found and how he would take care of it in detail, was prompt and kind, could not have been any nicer. Price was very reasonable! He is an asset to the company and would not hesitate to recommend the company or use them again! Squirrels chewed a hole in my roof and it was a very human solution for an annoying problem.
