CTS sent a 'tech' to my home in less that 1 hour after my initial call to them and the issue was resolved in less than 45 minutes. Dell wanted to do a 'scary reboot' as a fix that made me quite nervous thinking that I would lose things. The 'Dell tech' even warned me over the phone that this would be the case.
