Starting with the front reception desk upon entering to Jen’s information intake and release instructions, Dr. McGowens diag and procedural information (she really is excellent) and the updates and photos sent of Lu to me through out her stay! Highly professional, all about the pets needs & the owners peace of mind.
Blue Pearl hospital was a delightful experience. Stanley, my 61/2 year old goldendoodle was really sick for over two week. My vet recommended to take him there to figure out his condition. They were so kind and were able to figure out what was wrong with Stanley. Clean location and friendly staff. Dr Moore was attentive and very detailed with diagnosis. Alexis was superb in her nurses duties. Jessica at front desk was so nice and kind to Stanley and I. Highly recommend.
This was my first time going to Blue Pearl for an emergency with my dog, Frankie. Everyone was so kind and considerate of my dog and myself. They offered wonderful and comprehensive care. I highly prefer Blue Pearl to my experience previously at another vet emergency group. I would definitely recommend them!
