Marchand Oil Co Inc is a family-run business that provides oil supply service, furnace maintenance, and repairs. Customers describe them as honest, decent people who truly care. They are known for being highly responsive and providing fantastic service, including expedited oil deliveries in less than three hours. They handle regular service, emergency calls, and complete system replacements, even offering interest-free payment plans. Long-term customers of 20 to 25 years report consistently good experiences and never feeling ripped off, even with an older furnace.
We have been using this company for home heating oil for more than 30 years, and they have always done a great job. Their team is professional and polite, they answer the phone, and if they miss your call, they always call back. They also provide 24-hour support and reliable maintenance service.
After more than three decades of service, I can confidently say they are dependable and trustworthy. I highly recommend them!
Forgot to order oil before our trip. Came home to near empty tank on Saturday. I called first thing this morning and asked if they could expedited a delivery for me. Oil was delivered in less than three hours. Fantastic service
