They came the day after I called for a quote and were able to install my new boiler just a couple days later when other companies couldn’t come for weeks or months. I had called about replacing my boiler in November when it was COLD! Their quotes were very reasonable, they were incredibly accommodating and moved mountains to get the job done in one day since it was the week of Thanksgiving. They were clean and tidy and did amazing quality work. I LOVE my new top of the line system 2000 boiler! Bill is so wonderful to work with. The serviceman (I want to say Joe?) was super professional, very mindful about the cleanliness of our house, and did an outstanding job. “There is only one company that we will ever allow to handle our HVAC system needs and that is Ayotte Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning. During a week long heat wave (July (2022), our central A/C unit stopped running. Temperatures in the house reached 85-90 degrees, and we needed immediate service. After calling multiple companies (including one that we were actually a customer of), ONLY Ayotte's was the one who answered our phone call (I am sure they have many individuals answering calls there, but if you are like me and lucky enough to talk with Michelle, you will know from the start that everything will be ok), and scheduled us for immediate service. We called them at 1:00pm and by 4:30pm (same day) a technician (Matt) was there fixing our problem.In a situation like this, as a home owner I want to know that there is a service provider out there who believes in running a business the right way. Beginning with the initial phone call, to the quality and expertise of the their technicians (and I know they have the top of the line people, as we found with Matt), to a reasonable fee comparable to the quality of service you are receiving (face it, nothing is free in life, and I am firm believer in as long as fee is comparable to the service, then one should have very little to complain about), to finally just knowing that you are good in hands with genuine people.So like I said, I will never allow another company to service my HVAC needs...Ayotte Plumbing is the only company for me.Services: Repair HVAC“
