It ended up being a septic issue that he could not personally fix but he spent over 15 minutes with us after hours (6:30 PM during holiday week) answering our questions and providing advice on who we should call/the best way to get our situation addressed given the circumstances + after hours dynamic. As a family company, Paul and Tim take great pride in their work; they have done all of our major work, including a new AC unit, hot water heater, and now a new furnace. “We had our septic tank pumped for the first time since moving into our home. Paul was our technician and from the moment he arrived, he was extremely friendly. professional and informative. He explained to us where our tank was and why we had a nearby pump chamber. He explained what to do if our septic alarm ever went off and how to keep a healthy tank between pumps. We have two young children so he also explained how often we should pump our tank as they get older. Overall it was a great, educational experience. It well exceeded our expectations. We were glad we were home and able to take advantage of the knowledge he was willing to share.“
“We woke up Christmas Eve morning and our heat was broken….It was absolutely frigid and approximately 20 degrees outside and only 40 degrees in the house; it was so cold in the house that you could literally see your breath, inside. We called Regan HVAC and although we were on hold for a little, when we got through, we spoke with Jessica, who was SO nice and understanding. As expected, they were absolutely slammed due to the winter storm the night prior. Jessica explained that they were really busy, but they’d send someone out ASAP. About an hour later, the technician Joe arrived at the house. He fixed the heat within 5 minutes and explained the issue in detail and offered solutions. Although, he couldn’t permanently repair the issue as he didn’t have the parts, he still made sure the heat was working before leaving. He said he had about 13 calls after us to go to, but he didn’t rush the repair and was very clear, patiently answering the questions we had. Really spectacular emergency service, even on Christmas Eve! We greatly appreciate Jessica, Joe and the rest of the team at Regan.Services: HVAC system repair“
