From setting your mat down in your favorite spot before class to cool towels after hot yoga Cassi takes those extra steps to make you feel welcome. The hands on assist has helped to challenge me and has made me feel more confident in my practice. The studio is super clean and everyone is friendly. I am so glad I took the leap to join. Special shout out to Heated Vinyasa and Spa Yoga with Cassi and Flow Yin with Syringa! I highly recommend Mission Hill Yoga especially if you are new and have always wanted to give yoga a try.“

100 Cummings Center Suite 539H, Beverly“I've only had three sessions with Jessica, so far, but I can tell it's making a difference.
I injured my right quad during the summer of 2022, ignored the pain because I thought it would "just go away," and as a result, by the fall of 2022 I was limping badly on both legs--due to overcompensation/limping from the initial injury.
I had two rounds of "traditional" physical therapy during calendar year 2023, and it helped, but nothing has been able to rid me of the constant pain and other issues associated with the injuries, especially in my left quad/left hip flexor, and occaionally in other areas, including the right quad and right knee. My range of motion and ability to do simple things such as bend over to pickup items that have fallen on the floor has been significantly affected.
I finally decided to give MFR therapy a try because I had the sense that general tightness in the affected areas was a key issue.
Jessica's treatments have already resulted in improved range of motion and less pain. I'm not all the way back, yet, but I do feel even after just three sessions that I'm finally on the right track, and I look forward to being able to move around like a normal man my age again once I've completed more sessions with her.“

665 Boylston St. Third Floor, Boston“I have had the opportunity to work with both Laura as my physical therapist, and Tim as my nutritionist. They are both wonderful people and very knowledgeable in their fields.
Truly nobody beats Laura! I had been struggling with a chronic injury that no other physical therapist had been able to figure out. In the first 2 months of seeing her, I was back on my feet running after not being able to run for 6 months. Each session we had was individually focused and she would reassess our approach based on what was and was not working for me.
Tim has also helped me work through G.I. issues. I really appreciate his wholistic approach to medicine. He goes beyond just diet and nutrition when it comes to G.I. health, taking into consideration many more aspects of your lifestyle.“

379 Main St, Medford“I rarely write reviews, but The Corner Studio has quickly become a cherished part of my life. In just four months, it’s offered not only a welcoming space but also a truly inclusive and supportive community. I had always felt intimidated by yoga, but living nearby, I finally gave it a try—and I’m so glad I did. The teachers and fellow students have created something special, and it’s had a profoundly positive impact on both my mental and physical well-being. Thank you to this community, it truly is something special!“
“Heavenly, really.
I sometimes have challenges with my back after a massage, but Alysa was a great listener and very respectful. It was a perfect massage.“

I drive from Cambridge to Brookline to see him, as I have never found anyone as good. He is knowledgable about preventive care and incredibly helpful to assist you in handling an issue. I recently had bad lower back pain and he guided me through in addition to the incredible massages. You won't be disappointed, and you will keep wanting more!“

Over the years I have worked with a number of personal trainers and by far Peg's the best. She is always prepared with my personalized workouts focusing on proper form, technique and breathing!!Peg is always engaging and encouraging which has given me a true sense of accountability. Beyond her training she offers sound insight on nutrition and overall wellness.Peg has helped me both mentally & physically regarding my health & fitness.More recently I've started a weekly session of Yoga with Peg which has been a great addition to my workouts. Not only has it asisted with my flexability but it's allowed me to be focused and mindful of the present moment, something I've always struggeled with.Peg's been great and I would highly recommend her to anyone!!“

235 Salem St, Medford“My daughter was a pupil here for thier after school program. My little brother was a former student and recomended it to us for our autistic daughter. She is not a very athletic type at all and we had major reservations but decided to give it a shot. Very glad we did. A great bonus is they pick up her from school along with the other students everyday and walk over to the stuido just 2 blocks away. They really were great with her. She is not a problem child at all but due to being on the autistic spectrum understandably would be a harder child to work with during the martial arts class portion of the daily structure. Master Disipio and all other staff was never once discouraging about her extremely slow progress and in fact was surprisingly optimistic about everything especially in motivating our very unmotivated daughter(lol) while still being sensitive to her differences to the other students. All and all a great alternative for the everyday after school program. Each day every child get a mix of play, education, self disipline and structure. Would highly recommend it.“

251 Harvard St #10, Brookline“I have been working with Eli Thompson, Boston Posture Center, almost weekly for several months to decrease the impact of scoliosis which I developed as an adult. My posture has improved significantly during this time. He let me know in advance that his structural integration work will help me, but I also have to work at home in order to see change. He gives me exercises to do at home and welcomes questions about them.
Others said that my muscles could be strengthened but I should not expect change in alignment. Eli said I could expect some change. I still have scoliosis, but I feel better and my posture and alignment are much improved.“

7 Bow St STE 1, North Reading“I recently became a Tai Chi Acupuncture client in North Reading with Dr. Michelle. If someone had told me the difference it would make in my quality of life I would never have believed them. I suffer from a progressive degenerative demylating disease similar to MS. I woke up every day to debilitating spasms and pain that I had decided I would just have to learn to live with. After my first visit I woke up the next to no pain! It was gone! It felt like a miracle.I love how Dr. Michelle explains what she does and why. She even let me borrow a book on Acupuncture to read. The staff is amazing working to schedule appointments around a crazy work schedule and numerous doctors appointments.Tai Chi is an amazing place. I strongly recommend you try it out.“

Sallee choreographed a stunning, custom first dance for my wedding and worked with my partner and I from knowing absolutely nothing to feeling confident and prepared on our big day.Sallee was so easy to work with, flexible with our busy schedules, and reasonably priced. The dance studio itself is beautiful, with tons of natural light and ocean views.Over the course of our lessons, Sallee tailored the choreography exactly to our vision, skill level, and song choice. On our wedding day, our guests were absolutely wowed by our dance and we felt like stars on the dancefloor. The dance lessons were our favorite part of wedding planning by far!If you're looking for an amazing dance instructor for any occasion, look no further than Sallee at Dance Dimensions. 637 Tremont St, Boston“I’ve been training virtually with Susan for over a year now, and I can’t recommend her highly enough! She always brings fresh, creative workouts to our sessions, so things never feel repetitive or boring. What really sets Susan apart is how thoughtfully she tailors each workout to my specific goals and needs.
After I broke my ankle, she helped me rebuild strength and improve my balance with targeted exercises that really made a difference. When I had a ski trip coming up and was nervous about getting injured, she customized my training to help me feel confident and strong on the slopes. And right now, she’s helping me get ready for a surf and yoga retreat I’m taking with my daughter—I told her I didn’t want to embarrass myself, and she took that to heart with workouts that are both challenging and fun!
Susan is smart, flexible, and a blast to work with. If you’re looking for a trainer who listens, adapts, and keeps you motivated, Susan is absolutely the best!“

1 Grove St 2nd floor, Boston“I recently moved out of Boston, and the thing I miss most about my old neighborhood is definitely Beacon Hill Yoga! Renvil, the owner of BHY/REPS, is wonderful and the studio is clean, serene, and well-equipped. I enjoyed the variety of classes and instructors and frequent additions of new timeslots and class styles. As an avid yogi and certified instructor who has belonged to many different studios, this is a top-notch place to practice. I would recommend BHY to anyone!“
