I have been working with James intermittently for the past 7 years (usually deep tissue, sports, and traditional massage work.) Any time I try a massage at another venue I usually regret it because no one has such strong hands that can target the tissues the way he does with smooth transitions between trigger points. James has such a soothing voice and creates a very welcoming warm environment. Be tailors each treatment session to whatever my body needs at that time. He is great about checking in regarding pressure intensity throughout the session but also respects the quiet tranquil experience so I am able to relax and decompress for the full 60 minutes. He is the only massage therapist I endorse!

Jim is the absolute best. Very attuned with issues in the body and focuses on those areas to help remedy the problem, not just ease pain temporarily. Can't recommend Creative Wellness Strategies enough!
