Big gym with friendly staff. I love the turf area. I’m doing personal training there and I’m very happy with it. I can’t work out like other people can due to an old injury. The trainers came up with a game plan tailored to my abilities as opposed to giving me a generic plan they’d give to everybody else which was my experience at prior gyms
Actually this review more that for the gym is for Carmen who is in charge of cleaning the gym in the mornings. I ahve been coming to this gym for 10+ years and honestly since she is working it is a pleasure to work out in a clean space, clean bathroom 👍👍👍. She is extraordinary! Never stops cleaning!!
