I have been a valued member at LA Fitness for over a decade. The management, front desk staff, sales team, and the custodians are always positive. They go above and beyond to help the average gym goer. From fixing a weight machine to replacing the toilet paper to making sure our complaints are addressed, the staff at LA fitness do it all! Their approach to customer service is individualized, which allows them to engage with others in a genuine way. This is one of the best gyms that I have ever had the pleasure of going to. It was very clean and all of the staff members were very nice and professional. I really enjoy all of the options that gym has to offer such as basketball , a pool and my personal favorite the sauna. I definitely recommend this gym!

Definitely one of the cleanest gyms I’ve attended. The water is very nice and knowledgeable. They don’t hound you to take services that you’re not interested to take. They genuinely care about your health goals. Great location.
