I feel very fortunate to have found The Salty Buddha’s Baby + Barre class. It’s a great way for parents to socialize and sweat in a truly welcoming atmosphere. The community that TSB has built is unlike anything I’ve experienced elsewhere. I highly recommend this class and any taught by Ashley L. Moonlight yoga is also an exceptional and unique experience.

Keiko truly made my experience at Salty Buddha in Peabody absolutely phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, she was super attentive and welcoming, and she really took the time to walk us through everything in a way that felt supportive and encouraging. Keiko made me feel confident, comfortable, and genuinely inspired to do yoga, even as someone who might normally feel a little intimidated. Her energy and guidance completely elevated the experience, and you can tell she truly cares about the people she works with. I would absolutely come back again, especially knowing she will be there. If you’re new to Yoga or coming back into it I highly recommend The Salty Buddha!

I took the Chill Buddha with Essential Oils class with Keiko and I loved it. It was very relaxing and grounding and Keiko does a great job. The studio is very comforting. I would definitely recommend.
