100 Cummings Center Suite 539H, Beverly“I have been working with Jessica for a year now. I came to her with chronic pain from an old injury that continued to challenge every and any practitioner I worked with over decades. I was told about Jessica and MFR and thought, why not. I've tried just about everything else. And thank god I did! I do not have the chronic, debilitating pain that consumed my days. Jessica has helped my physical self while also healing the emotional scars that come from years of living in pain. I can't recommend her healing hands enough! She shows genuine concern, comes up with the right approach for each treatment session, and has a calm and reassuring presence. I am eternally grateful.“

Michelle has such a calming, caring energy and guided every class with so much warmth and intention. The food was fresh, nourishing, and absolutely delicious. I left feeling lighter, grounded, and deeply grateful. It was exactly what my mind and body needed. I can’t wait to return!“

162 Summer St, Danvers“I've been working with Peg for roughly five months and have enjoyed every session. Over the years I have worked with a number of personal trainers and by far Peg's the best. She is always prepared with my personalized workouts focusing on proper form, technique and breathing!!Peg is always engaging and encouraging which has given me a true sense of accountability. Beyond her training she offers sound insight on nutrition and overall wellness.Peg has helped me both mentally & physically regarding my health & fitness.More recently I've started a weekly session of Yoga with Peg which has been a great addition to my workouts. Not only has it asisted with my flexability but it's allowed me to be focused and mindful of the present moment, something I've always struggeled with.Peg's been great and I would highly recommend her to anyone!!“

11 Sylvan St, Danvers“I have been a client of Debra's for only a few months, and, boy, do I wish I had found her years ago. She is skilled in many different techniques to align the body and prevent pain. She understands how to tune into her clients and provide what they need. Her space is welcoming and clean. I have been seeing Debra because I am having an issue with my pituitary gland and a former injury to my tailbone.
She not only heals me through cranial, tuning forks and cupping, but she explains how my body works better than my primary care doctor! Give yourself a gift and get an appointment with Debra!!“

58 Pulaski St, Peabody“I feel very fortunate to have found The Salty Buddha’s Baby + Barre class. It’s a great way for parents to socialize and sweat in a truly welcoming atmosphere. The community that TSB has built is unlike anything I’ve experienced elsewhere. I highly recommend this class and any taught by Ashley L. Moonlight yoga is also an exceptional and unique experience.“

19 Somerset Ave, Winthrop“I love this yoga studio. They have different classes every day, and each instructor brings their own flair to their classes. They’re all so nice, encouraging and inclusive, making sure to always provide modifications or remind us to return to basics if needed. I’m familiar with yoga but hadn’t done it for years and when I started again no one ever made me feel silly or incompetent. It’s a great studio to start your practice again, but it’s still also very challenging for the more practiced yogi. The classes are hot but not too hot. They have very reasonable rates and have mats, blocks, straps and towels for anyone to use anytime. Which makes it very easy for a drop-in!“

560 Loring Ave 2nd Floor, Salem“I was given a 90 min massage as a gift from my wife… yes I’m spoiled! I can’t comment whether it was a reasonable price because I don’t know the expense. However, after the 90 minutes I told Alicia - “Now I know”, she responded “What?”… “Now I know what Heaven feels like!”. “All good and I will return!” THANKS!!“

20 New Derby St, Salem“When we arrived, the location lost our reservation due to a system upgrade. However, the hostess was able to accommodate our group's needs for a table. The server was awesome. He was able to recommend food and drinks for all and assist in arranging tokens for our party. We were quite disappointed that the elk burger was not on the restaurant menu any longer even though the elk burger is still listed on the location website menu. The games were great; everyone in our party were hesitant to play the games until actually getting into the fun and playing the game. There was karaoke but it seemed nearly impossible to just sign up for a song. The food was great; the drinks were great; the server was AWESOME! Great place for entertainment and dinner when in Salem.“
