This is a great addition to Charlestown and such a good workout. You don't have to be a runner to do their classes. It's making me enjoy the treadmill, which I always thought was the worst piece of gym equipment. I really enjoy the classes offered in each room. Friendly staff and teachers, and easy parking toom
Such a great studio! The people are wonderful, the instructors are awesome, and the workout is killer! Beautiful space to work out in with super fun, yet challenging classes. Highly recommend!
After moving to Boston a few months ago I decided to give MyStryde a try, and I absolutely love this class! As a runner I love the format of the workout with the rotations from the treadmill to the weight floor. I also love how there are a variety of class types to choose from. You’ll always leave class feeling stronger and faster than when you came in.
