The vibe is welcoming to anyone of any level of fitness, they offer a ton of machines, free weights, cardio equipment, bikes, treadmills, punching bags, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, racket ball, yoga, Pilates. This place has it all and it’s conveniently located right by route 95 in a shopping plaza thst has a bunch of good restaurants and stores. I recommend everyone workouts here. No judgment, everyone’s cool. Place is great“
“I’ve been taking classes at Home Yoga for two weeks now and have noticed a discernible improvement in my posture and overall range of motion. I wish I had discovered this place sooner. I had done yoga in the past at other studios but this place is so far the best one. I bring my own yoga mat but they have everything you need from straps to blankets and blocks. ike to point out that other men attend classes too, underscoring the fact that yoga is for everyone and Home Yoga does an exceptional job at making me feel included.“

Beyond her training she offers sound insight on nutrition and overall wellness.Peg has helped me both mentally & physically regarding my health & fitness.More recently I've started a weekly session of Yoga with Peg which has been a great addition to my workouts.Not only has it asisted with my flexability but it's allowed me to be focused and mindful of the present moment, something I've always struggeled with.Peg's been great and I would highly recommend her to anyone!!“

379 Main St, Medford“The Corner Studio is great - I'm so sad to be moving away from the area. I've felt comfortable and welcome as a stop-and-start yogi who still feels like a beginner. Nicolene is a wonderful instructor who gives clear instruction, helpful cues, and structures her classes so you are building a cohesive practice for the duration of class. I especially like her focus on functional mobility. The studio is clean, cozy, and cute.“

“Clean and staff are super friendly. Welcoming environment for people at different levels of experience and fitness.
Did a few training sessions with Ben. Has a very wholistic approach to fitness and is very flexible adapting workouts to different needs/goals. Really enjoyed the sessions, learned valuable technique improvements and exercises I'll incorporate into my normal routine.
My only critique is it is a bit small and you'll need to be aware of workout classes scheduled on the main floor. Can get kind of crowded especially by the squat racks.“
