“My wife and I have been using SIMBA for everything, and I really mean everything:<br>- Redid 1st floor kitchen<br>- Replaced an external retaining wall<br>- Repaired two sides of the foundation of our house, they had been dug out to make room for a door at basement-level for the ADU project, but were found to be crumbling and in poor condition in certain spots, SIMBA fixed them, and then they waterproofed one of them that was leaking water into the basement via blockers and French drain<br>- Poured a new concrete floor in my basement after lowering it by a foot to meet height requirements for ADU conversion<br>- Upgraded and moved my gas meters from inside to outside<br>- Upgraded my electric system to 400A and moved the meters outside<br>- Poured and stamped a new walk-way and stairs on the side of the house<br>- The big one ==> We have been working with them on our basement-to-ADU conversion. This involves some of the projects above, along with a massive amount of demo, working with our architect, framing, plumbing, and electrical work, along with kitchen design and bathroom design. It has been quite fun to work with them on the designs especially.<br><br>My parents used SIMBA to replace their porches and outside stair-wells and they were very happy with the work.<br><br>SIMBA have done fantastic work each time so no complaints there.<br><br>Ultimately it is because SIMBA communicates so well, does fantastic work, and is affordable, that we will continue to keep using them.”
