“We worked recently with Carrie and Eddie to get ideas and tile for our front entryway and rear mudroom. After visiting virtually all the tiles stores on Tile Mile, we found United to be the best by far. They listened to want we wanted, gave us great advice and options, and were so supportive throughout the process. Our situation was complicated since we wanted quite different tile for the two locations. They helped us select a perfect porcelain tile for the mudroom which we installed ourselves and it came out fantastic. Then, when trying to determine what to put in the very small entryway, Eddie came up with the idea about using a few leftover boxes he had of quite high end Spanish marble tile. It was great quality and a wonderful fit for the space. They deeply discounted the price so it was no more expensive than the porcelain tile, and then threw in the grout and quick set concrete for free. We can't say enough about how good an experience we had with United. Thanks Eddie and Carrie!“

Josephine was wonderful to work with and so patient as we ran into delays with the closing on our new house that required us to keep rescheduling the project. Her team sanded down factory-finished, red oak flooring that was a deep cherry color to remove the grooves. After speaking with Chris about what color I wanted, he prepared several color options. His recommendation was spot on and the floors are now a beautiful light brown color with a satin finish. I love my new floors! Do not hesitate to hire this team!“

“Me and my husband looked to have our master bedroom installed with hardwood after having carpet for many years. After getting multiple quotes from different companies, Watertown flooring was absolutely the most responsive and incredibly well priced compared to the surrounding areas. After speaking on the phone with Domenic , I had described what I was looking for, a wide plank darker wood. He immediately knew the perfect fit and was able to bring the sample (along with multiple others) to our home. Domenic was able to come to our house quickly, and give us a quote the following day. Domenic, Igore, Shawn, and the rest of the crew was able to rip up the carpet, and install the hardwood. We are INCREDIBLY happy with our service and doing business with Watertown Flooring. “Liem is the 7th contractor to give us quotes on our kitchen and bathroom renovation, and we are extremely happy that we picked him. His communication is on point from day one, either brainstorming the best option to bring our visions to life to estimating costs. His estimations are super competitive. The moment we signed up, he gave us the exact starting date, and when his team showed up, they never skip a beat. They were extremely punctual and efficient. The entire flooring took about 3 days. His team went above and beyond to cover up, from walls to other floor areas to dust proof, and to avoid damaging our properties. Since we have a 14month child, we appreciate how considerate, professional and respectful he and his team were. I heard him telling his team to be extra thorough with covering and vacumn because of our child and that immediately warmed our hearts. Needless to say the outcome is breathtaking and worth every penny. We had changed the entire floor of the kitchen and bathroom; installed the new kitchen lights, painted all ceiling and wall, installed the dishwasher and the foldable doors. All of these took approximately 2 weeks to get done. we are looking to do more business with Liem and his team in the future.“
