These folks made a stressful situation feel taken care of. Brian was responsive and on time with everything they promised. They cleaned up the basement sewage that came up from ground and did the wall cut out, sanitized and dried everything. I’ve used other companies in the past, but I won’t again. While I hope this never happens again, I am grateful for them. I was able to communicate with Brian directly to his cell. He was amazing l and always took my call. In October of 2022 I had water damage to my living room wall. I contacted someone that said they would help me. Come to February 2023 and still no help - he eventually said he couldn't do it. I contacted Bostonian Restoration and they came out within days. They began work 4/9 and were finished 4/16. They were all very professional, answered all of my questions, and I think they went above and beyond. I can't say enough about them.
