They removed the old water heater and replaced it within hours of me calling. Ryan arrived on schedule, was very communicative throughout the process, worked quickly, and did an excellent job explaining everything I needed to know about my new water heater. Google had this place listed the closing time as 7:00 PM but it actually closes at 6PM. I came at 6:40 one day after they were already closed. Despite that they still took my clothes for me and cleaned them, so I was very grateful.

I have a challenging pixie cut which not every stylist can manage but she takes care of it beautifully. She also helps me find the perfect color and make sure it lasts with shine and softness until my next appointment. The rest of the team at Boheme is also great - friendly and welcoming. I never write reviews but after my outstanding experience with Nial Hanley and Hanley Carpentry I really felt that I should. I was referred to Nial Hanley at a very difficult time via a friend who knew of his great work and reputation. The contractor we had previously hired to rebuild our self-managed South End brownstone condo building had abandoned the job mid-way through leaving us in a terrible position. The gutted building was close to rough finish but had lots of loose ends including outstanding inspections and multiple subcontractor issues. It was an incredibly complicated and stressful situation with a lot at stake for five separate unit owners. We needed a contractor who did high quality work, who could navigate the complexities and headaches of the job and the personalities of multiple unit owners and, get the job done quickly. In today's building climate that's an incredibly tall order. Nial, who was genuinely sympathetic to our situation, turned out to be a life saver. He stepped right, got the job back on track quickly and helped us find ways to manage cost cutting and trade-offs while still ensuring high quality results. He was very responsive, flexible and easy to work. He did a great job staying patient and helping us to make decisions to stay on track. Nial really shines as a problem solver and is great in a crisis. For example, we had a sprinkler pipe burst with flooding in the building. We needed to shut the water off at the street level but there was a car sitting on the access point. Nial, along with his crew and some others, lifted the car up so Boston Water and Sewer could get access - pretty amazing! His crew, clearly loyal to him, were excellent - reliable, polite, neat and willing to go the extra distance. Nial takes great pride in his work, cares deeply about satisfying his customer and is a pleasure to work with. I would happily work with him again. I can't recommend Nial and Hanley Carpentry enough.

We had a straightforward but annoyingly small job to get done - install shelving and things in a laundry room and custom design a shelf that fit in an awkward spot. Jason nailed it. He also picked up other odd jobs we needed as we realized it across the project. He was timely, professional, communicative, efficient and tidy. He brainstormed with us and had great ideas. Will definitely hire again. I'd like to add, I did have to reach out and initiate contact at times across the process but it was never a problem. As a one man small business, I understood and it did not in any way impact whether or not I would hire again.

The staff at the Milton Barber Shop are warm and friendly. I get my hair cut by Denise and have been going to her for 20+ years. We have great conversations and she always gets my hair right. The few times I've gone elsewhere, usually due to a scheduling conflict, I've been disappointed and Denise has had to fix it. Needless to say, I avoid having anyone else cut my hair.
A very friendly, clean, and comfortable establishment. All of the staff are great and engage with the clientele as if they're friends, and this includes children. It's the little touches, like a lollipop afterwards, that makes this a place well worth patronizing.
If you are looking for a black owned nail salon this is the place to be , the owner of salon is Skye & I been going to her for awhile now, she’s absolutely amazing & her team is amazing as well , her & her team make you feel like family, the atmosphere has comfortable vibes as well as being professional too. I’ve been to other nail salons before but I must say for me , I love this place, so check it out, there are other services that this shop does along with doing nails , you won’t be disappointed, Skye knows her stuff as well as all the other ladies too . I will always wish her success because she deserves it.

I love visiting a New You Spa. I go every two weeks for the best massage. The staff is welcoming and kind and the space is clean. There is a lovely atmosphere and many services including facials, manicures, pedicures, and more. Parking is always easy and complimentary. I highly recommend a visit -- or several!

Jenny did such fabulous work for my recent wedding! I felt so special and beautiful. She took great notes from my trial and absolutely nailed it on the day. Jenny gave pointed feedback and customized what I wanted to make it look great on me. She also did hair and makeup for my mom and two of my bridesmaids, who looked and felt absolutely stunning. Due to numbers and timing we had another (Jenny-recommended) hair stylist and MUA sharing the bridal suite to everyone ready in time, and they worked so nicely and professionally alongside each other. I moved to Massachusetts from out of state about two years ago after being established with the same dentist back home, and I’ll admit I was nervous about finding a new office. I finally submitted an inquiry to Seaport Dental, and Jackie got back to me first thing the next morning with open availability.
Dr. Tran was great as well. He was extremely informative throughout my appointment, explained everything he was seeing and what was happening, and made sure I understood my options and next steps.
I especially have to recognize Jackie and how phenomenal she was. When I checked out, I booked my next appointment to have a cosmetic filling done on my front tooth. Before I could even ask about insurance or what I should expect to pay, Jackie told me she would send the procedure codes to my insurance and get me an estimate. I have about a 20-minute drive home, and before I even made it back, she had already sent me the full explanation and estimate!
That level of communication and follow-through is so appreciated, especially when you’re a new patient and already a little nervous about starting over with a new dentist. I became a patient of Murphy Dental a few years ago after my dentist retired. I am SO happy I did! The office staff is helpful and accommodating, and uses state of the art technology. I was unhappy with the look of my smile and discoloration of my teeth. Dr Murphy advised that he could restore my smile. I now have six new crowns and absolutely love my smile! The whole process was seamless and much less painful than I had anticipated. Dr Murphy paid attention to every detail, and explained each step of the process. Bethia Nivens has been my PT since August when I came in with a partial teat in my rotator cuff. Over time, she has given me good instruction on what to do at home with instruction sheets and visuals using an app. The exercises have been varied while I am in office and explanations for each exercise were given. Once, I was ready for further work on improving my reach, she helped my arm move better into position and strength. She does give confidence and assurance that the strength training will work and over time so that I can do it at home. My plan is to continue so that I will not need surgery and will become stronger because of her excellent guidance. Thank you so much Bethia!
