My family recently found itself in a tough situation. Imagine it’s 20 degrees outside and you have NO HEAT. We called SumZero energy and opted to have a tech out the next day. They came, assessed the situation, gave us multiple options on how to proceed, and were able to address the issue the SAME DAY. Communication was clear, all estimates were clearly outlined and detailed, and the technician was fantastic! He was quick, tidy and very personable. If you need someone you can trust, I highly recommend them. Will def use again!
