“We had our septic tank pumped for the first time since moving into our home. Paul was our technician and from the moment he arrived, he was extremely friendly. professional and informative. He explained to us where our tank was and why we had a nearby pump chamber. He explained what to do if our septic alarm ever went off and how to keep a healthy tank between pumps. We have two young children so he also explained how often we should pump our tank as they get older. Overall it was a great, educational experience. It well exceeded our expectations. We were glad we were home and able to take advantage of the knowledge he was willing to share.“

Jonathan worked with me throughout the quote process (I got 5 competitive quotes) and ultimately I chose him because I liked his attitude and his price was the best by far. He didn't feed me a line of BS like some of the others and try and talk me into high priced service plans as a reason for their high bids. He's a local down to earth guy who according to Home Advisor and Angie's list is very highly rated. I just thought I'd share my experience.“

I spoke with 7 well-regarded HVAC contractors before selecting Wilson Brothers--Wilson was very fair with their pricing and very straightforward in completing a Manual J load analysis and recommending the specs for equipment. I recommend them highly.“
“There is only one company that we will ever allow to handle our HVAC system needs and that is Ayotte Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning. During a week long heat wave (July (2022), our central A/C unit stopped running. Temperatures in the house reached 85-90 degrees, and we needed immediate service. After calling multiple companies (including one that we were actually a customer of), ONLY Ayotte's was the one who answered our phone call (I am sure they have many individuals answering calls there, but if you are like me and lucky enough to talk with Michelle, you will know from the start that everything will be ok), and scheduled us for immediate service. We called them at 1:00pm and by 4:30pm (same day) a technician (Matt) was there fixing our problem.In a situation like this, as a home owner I want to know that there is a service provider out there who believes in running a business the right way. Beginning with the initial phone call, to the quality and expertise of the their technicians (and I know they have the top of the line people, as we found with Matt), to a reasonable fee comparable to the quality of service you are receiving (face it, nothing is free in life, and I am firm believer in as long as fee is comparable to the service, then one should have very little to complain about), to finally just knowing that you are good in hands with genuine people.So like I said, I will never allow another company to service my HVAC needs...Ayotte Plumbing is the only company for me.Services: Repair HVAC“
