We had our septic tank pumped for the first time since moving into our home. Paul was our technician and from the moment he arrived, he was extremely friendly. professional and informative. He explained to us where our tank was and why we had a nearby pump chamber. He explained what to do if our septic alarm ever went off and how to keep a healthy tank between pumps. We have two young children so he also explained how often we should pump our tank as they get older. Overall it was a great, educational experience. It well exceeded our expectations. We were glad we were home and able to take advantage of the knowledge he was willing to share.

Wind River Environmental is a great local Septic Service company. I used their online ordering system and it made the process very quick and easy. From scheduling to payment, the process took a few minutes to complete. Barlendy Santos was the service technician who took care of the service. Barlendy was very informative and answered some the questions I had about my tank. He provided great information and some tips for maintenance. When the job was complete they returned the grass and dirt to cover the tank, and you can barely tell it was worked on.
