Extremely knowledgeable staff. Exceptional service. We had a septic emergency. Had plumbers out who over charged, had no clue how to troubleshoot, and gave false info about septic. Ratta changed their schedule around to accommodate us. Quickly diagnosed and resolved issue. Cannot recommend enough.
These folks are great. Communication is great, and they show up when they say they will. Those two qualities should be automatic in any business, but for years, that hasn’t been the case.
