“This gentleman provides a truly exceptional level of customer service. He is meticulous and organized. He always arrives prepared and leaves his work area in better shape than when he arrived. He has worked with us on three separate occasions and weve been blown away by the quality of his work each time. His services are highly recommended.”
“I called Kelly’s Plumbing Service and was impressed with Lance from the first phone call. He is very professional and was able to fix my leaky faucet promptly. He asked me to send pictures and replaced my old leaking faucet with a more modern Moen. He made the appointment and arrived early. He gave me a two hour window and was out in one hour with a job well done. I told him I was new to the area and he told me that he would be glad to help me find tradesmen when I needed them. I would highly recommend this service.”
“Calling to schedule an appointment was a breeze! Had issues with my tankless water heater on Saturday. Sam came out first thing Monday morning to diagnose the issue. Sam and the crew were super friendly and respectful. There were no hidden costs; Sam told me the prices before performing any work to ensure I was okay with it.
My water heater was 13 years old so it was time for a replacement. Sam got me an estimate within an hour. Greg was quick and responsive to my questions throughout the day. If you need a fast emergency installation, they could schedule you in within the week.”
