“A big thank you to Kam from Minuteman Plumbing. For the past 3 years I've had all different vendors come out to my place to try to figure out why my A/C heats up my place if I set the thermostat below 70 degrees. Everyone passed it off as that's just how the system was set and moved on. Finally it was too hot in my place that I contacted MinuteMan plumbing, he spent 3 hours looking into every aspect of the system. He left without solving it, but continued researching the issue after he left. He came back a following day a fixed it. He stayed extra time to make sure it was actually working. I'm so thankful to his passion for his work, especially since it helped me survive the heat wave this week. Many thanks!“

“Had Alvin Hollis replace the ductless mini split I have had for 18 years with a new Mitsubishi Hyper Heat ductless heat pump. They installed it in one day and removed all the old equipment. This new unit works great. The installer did a great job and made sure everything was working properly and explained the controls for me. We use Alvin Hollis for all our heating and ac needs and highly recommend them.“

The temperature outsidewas in the high nineties and it was much higher in the attic - They were excellent! Explains the process and installed a new air handled in a very hot attic and a new condenser outside- we had a working system when they left. “I called Andy the owner at the referral of my plumber Baker Elman. He showed up promptly and recommended jetting for my clogged basement bathroom and main line. I didn't order the work on the spot. In the afternoon when the other company Roto-Rooter failed to snake it through, I called Andy again and he sent Nelson over right away. Nelson did an excellent job jetting the main line and warned me about future use (all my fault with the kitchen grease). After I got over the initial price shock, this company is a dream. Prompt, professional, no-BS, efficient, and easy to communicate with. Five stars to Nelson and Andy and Drain Stars.“

They removed the old water heater and replaced it within hours of me calling. “My review is overdue as Elijah at Prosolutions Bath and Boiler made a few trips to my family's home in February 2026. We had a variety of repairs and improvements to be done, some of which needed to be coordinated with other contractors. Elijah was seemless in matching his schedule and completing his work in concert with the other happenings ay my house. Elijah repaired a leak at our main shut-off valve, capped a pipe that needed to be resealed, adjusted a wonky shower control, installed a new ADA-compliant toilet, and extracted and reinstalled our finicky old dishwasher from the kitchen counter so some other repairs could be made to the wall behind it. This meant three visits and lots of patient work by Elijah. He worked carefully, efficiently, and with meticulous detail to each task, all while entertaining us with his endearing personality and melodious voice singing while he worked. At the end, Elijah always cleaned his entire workspace and made tested his work for my satisfaction. He gave hard labor for a very fair wage and was quite dependable and skilled. I won't hesitate to call Prosolutions Bath and Boiler again in the future or to share his number with family and friends.“
