For the past 3 years I've had all different vendors come out to my place to try to figure out why my A/C heats up my place if I set the thermostat below 70 degrees. Everyone passed it off as that's just how the system was set and moved on. Finally it was too hot in my place that I contacted MinuteMan plumbing, he spent 3 hours looking into every aspect of the system. He left without solving it, but continued researching the issue after he left. He came back a following day a fixed it. He stayed extra time to make sure it was actually working. “Had Alvin Hollis replace the ductless mini split I have had for 18 years with a new Mitsubishi Hyper Heat ductless heat pump. They installed it in one day and removed all the old equipment. This new unit works great. The installer did a great job and made sure everything was working properly and explained the controls for me. We moved forward and Anthony's colleague Chris was over in about 30 minutes to prep the old water heater for removal while Anthony sourced the replacement. “This was my second time working with Peri from Proto Home Service, and once again the experience was excellent. Peri is consistently courteous, communicative, knowledgeable, and sincere. When we had a significant water leak caused by weather, and he took the time to understand the situation in detail and scheduled a visit promptly. At the last minute, I also asked if he could upgrade some bathroom hardware.
