“I had Elijah replace an old water tank. Because it was not an emergency I had time to talk to many plumbers in the area and get a few quotes. Elijah was remarkably professional and his quote was unbeatable. We spoke a few times trying to find out the best time and he was really flexible and quick to respond to all my questions. Without going into specfic details, there were a few occasions that Elijah showed remarkable honesty and generosity, something I have not experienced in a long time having work done at my house. It's as if pride in his work and honesty+integrity came before anything else. As a side note, I even had plumbers working for larger companies come to my house and mention subscriptions to their services for priority work during emergencies which was very disheartening and shows how greedy the system has become. Not Elijah. He always had time to work things out on the phone, was punctual and figured out how to get a specific tank that I requested, delivered on time. The work was done fast, impeccably well and with minimum disruptions to our day. Everything Elijah worked on was cleaned up and repaired to better conditions than before (I saw you patched up a few things Elijah). I realized just because my old tank was delivering hot water, it was rusty and was staining everything. I'm also glad I did the work in the summer rather than in the middle of winter and glad I had time to make a planned decision. New water tank is incredible and water looks great now.
As I told him many times since the repair, as glad as I am to have had a smooth experience with him and the water heater replacement, I am more thrilled to have found an honest professional I can go to in the future for all my plumbing needs. Thanks Elijah!”
