We made an emergency call to Wildcat plumbing on a Saturday due to a Water-main leak. They did not force me to go through an AI representative or a litany of steps before I could speak to an actual person. That’s the first great thing about Wildcat Plumbing.
Camillo arrived about an hour after the phone call which is amazing. He is one of the most professional and efficient plumbers I’ve ever met. Thank you Wildcat Plumbing! I woke up to water pooling in by basement ! A nightmare! I called Wildcat Plumbing and technician Justin called and arrived to help me. Within no time at all he replaced the corroded pipe and vacuumed up 15 gallons of water that pooled. As a customer I am very pleased and happy with his level of professionalism and his diligent work ethic. I am relieved the nightmare is over! If I ever have any future plumbing issues, I will definitely call Wildcat and I have already began to share my experience with family and friends.
Wildcat diagnosed the emergency quickly and gave us several options to repair it. He arrived within a half hour of my call. He then fixed the issue quickly and advised how to move forward. You wont do wrong contacting them. Thanks again Camilo.
