John was methodical and cleaned out the old cast Iron exit pipe, going down the line section by section. and got the water flowing again!. Ramon showed up quickly and spent all evening working on the clog – keeping us involved in updated at every single step of the way. He clearly loves his work, and was extremely knowledgeable and professional – and showed he really cared about our issues and our organization. His associate Michael showed up to help assist and was equally helpful. Looks like we have a heavy duty project on hand with some legacy blockage issues (please never put disposable wipes, down a toilet – ever!!!) – but I feel like we are in very good hands.
