Brian and his team arrived on time for the appointment. They were thorough and professional. Every time they entered the house they wore their booties over their work shoes. Prior to the appointment I was alerted by text the name of the person with their picture. I would definitely recommend Pilgrim Plumbing & Heating, Inc.

We couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism of Pilgrim Plumbing. Brian Mace is exceptional. He has taken the time to continue to work with us as we go through the process regarding home water filtration. Brian is dedicated to making sure that we know what issues will need to be addressed and to only offer us products that we need. We have also recently used their team to clean our IBC heating system and it was a five star experience. I highly recommend Brian and the team at Pilgrim Plumbing and heating.
