I have been going for over a year and it was the best decision I have made. Albert keeps the workouts motivating and challenging for each individual. We all walk out feeling exhausted but also feeling good. I would highly recommend them. For me it is worth the money.

The Atmosphere has positive energy with the small groups and the attention of the trainers. Each individual exercising will have mindful and thoughtful instructions by their trainer at each session. Nutrition and weight loss is discussed and helpful information is provided as well. The outcome is women who are pleased with the awareness of their body improvements and nutritional focus for the future of their health.

Get in Shape for Women in Belmont is an excellent place to work out. The manager Stacey is awesome, the trainers are friendly, very knowledgeable, and they know their clients. I wanted a place to work out where I'd feel comfortable, challenged, motivated, and have someone watching out for me when using the equipment. It's run like a well oiled machine!
