I walked in to Nadine warmly greeting me at the door, as well as other bright & smiling staff faces. She walked me to this clean and beautiful massage room that had a sauna and an Icoone machine for lymphatic drainage. She gave me a relaxing and healing hour massage that was whole body, but also focused on problem areas. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and I can tell she is very experienced. She also prioritized my comfort level with everything, which made me feel at ease.
Afterwards she introduced me to David, who gave me a mini therapeutic stretch session after we were discussing my tendon issues from sports injuries, which also helped a lot, as he was also very knowledgeable.

Danielle does a great job of balancing each session with strength and also exercises that help with tightness/stiffness that have proven especially helpful after leaning over a screen all week. Going to Pilates with my mom most often, I’ve seen that Danielle also tailors each lesson and exercise to the individual needs of her clients, meeting each person where they are at that week and challenging them in areas she knows they can succeed in. What is so special about Danielle as an instructor, in addition to her patience and careful instruction, though, is that she doesn’t just care about how your body is feeling, but also about how you feel mentally. She is one of the most thoughtful people I’ve ever met, and she is always sure to greet myself, my mom, and my grandmother (all clients of hers) with positivity in our lessons. I always feel so much better mentally and physically after leaving a session, so I highly recommend Danielle as a Pilates instructor!“

“I joined Impact MetroWest in September 2025, and honestly, it was a big step for me. I had never done any type of structured workout before, and I was coming in after a knee injury. I knew I needed proper coaching and attention, because a regular gym just wouldn’t work for me. I would have felt lost, overwhelmed, and probably quit after the first visit.
From the very first conversation with Peter, I knew this place was different. We talked about my goals, but more than anything, he gave me the feeling that I wasn’t alone in this journey. When he suggested coming three times a week, I immediately started thinking of reasons why I couldn’t. He didn’t push or pressure me. He simply said, “Just try, what do you have to lose?” He listened, understood my concerns, and helped me find the motivation I didn’t even realize I had. That approach meant everything to me.
Then came the assessment. I was nervous and honestly embarrassed about my abilities, or lack of them. But Peter was so in tune with how I was feeling. He guided me through it with patience, confidence, and encouragement. By the end of it, I felt strong enough to show up for my first real session the next day.
That’s when I met Tiff and Zach. Calling them “coaches” almost feels like an understatement. They truly care. Their attention to detail, the way they watch how your body moves, and how they adjust everything to make sure you feel safe and comfortable is incredible. They celebrate every small win and stand by you through every challenge. They make you feel proud of yourself, even on the days you doubt your progress.
Five months later, I can say this with full confidence: Impact MetroWest is not just a gym. It’s a community. It feels like a family. Everyone supports each other, encourages one another, and celebrates progress together. It’s a place where you feel seen, welcomed, and motivated every time you walk in.
