Rock Valley HVAC fast diagnosis and promptly gets to the house for heating and air issues. The crew gets system up and running at a reasonable price and same day. Customer appreciate good service and the work many projects from new construction and additions or remodels to residential and commercial work. The team is great to work with always reasonably priced and highly recommend. Installation of heat pump mini split system whole‑home heating mini‑split ceiling units upstairs and boiler removal is done with fantastic job. The crew listens takes time to install units that make sense for the house friendly professional and communicative when questions come up. Helping with estimate apply for HEAT Loan and Mass Save rebates done the installation itself with exceptional work. When a furnace suddenly stopped working on Thanksgiving crew showed up ASAP and had everything perfectly before holiday guests truly saved the day.
Twice I have needed HVAC work done. Once when I needed a new furnace right at the start of winter and once when my central air broke down in the middle of a heat wave. Both times Jesse and his crew were able to get to my house promptly and get me fixed up. They do the best work for the best price. A great group of professionals that I will continue to happily use for any HVAC issues moving forward!
Fast diagnosis of an issue with our AC heat pump mini split system and at a reasonable price. Had it up and running within the day. They also were able to make it over just a few days after I called them. Other HVAC companies were saying they'd show up in 2 weeks and then never got back to me. Appreciate the good service!
