“1/23/2026 A Friday morning just before an incoming blizzard. I woke up to a cold house. A text mestto my plumber to tell him what was going on with our boiler and he gave me Top Mechanical as a recommendation. At 6:40 am I called and Melissa answered and got me on the schedule for a 11-3 window. Shortly after Noon Steve showed up and after a few minutes knew exactly what was wrong, was off to the supply house and back again to fix my furnace. My house is now warm and toasty. Thank you to an amazing team for getting this done so quickly, cleanly and within my budget. I will be calling back in the spring for a cleaning.“

“My house is total electric and had electric baseboard heating and window air-conditioning. Earlier this year I had Fahrenheit install a mini-split system, heat and air. Just got my November bill from Eversource and in their comparison from last year and this, I used 45.5% less electric this year!!! WOW. I am on a fixed income, so for me this is huge. The team that installed was extremely professional and knew what they were doing. When the install was done they were careful to clean everything up and except for the new units, you would not know any work had been done. “I dont like writing a bad review for this company. My family has been using this company for years. Received a bill for a visit i didn't think I should have. It was a follow-up because furnace did not work like it used to before they repaired it. Technician was in house for 13 minutes and bill was close to $200. I did call the minute I received the bill. I said I would be in that week and would like to speak to service manager. He wasn't there or didn't want to talk to me. I told the office person I wanted to talk to him. I went back a week later to finalize all my bills. Still haven't heard back from him. The owner had always been good to our family in the past with any issues.“

“I had Tom install two new gas furnaces in our home in late 2019... he had it done during Thanksgiving week, even cutting his vacation short to make sure we were all set because of a complication, making sure we had heat. Since then I have reached out with other issues and he has 100% responded and taken care of things, absolutely no charge. He GENUINELY cares about his customers!!! Today, on a Saturday, I texted him about one of our furnaces not working-- he called me immediately and even though he was out of town on holiday he walked me through some potential fixes and sure enough had me up and running within the hour.
