I went in with some pretty dead hair and the psychotic thought of chopping it all off. Bobbie talked me out of the crazy thought and we took baby steps instead, creating a healthy curly look for my hair without it being a pixie cut! She was amazing and so kind. Kieu and her staff are very professional. I have used Kieu for 2 years now. She is very efficient, she is a multitasker. I get a gel manicure and pedicure. I have always been happy with the result. They greet you when you come in and say goodbye upon leaving.

I'm a 50+ year old dude, waking into a nail salon isn't something I do everyday and my very special request to apply nail decals to my custom air gun was gladly obliged. I went to two other salons within two miles and was given a hard NO. The PMK staff was very friendly. My wife may even try them out now. Thank you!
I’ve been going to this nail salon for a few years now and I always have the best experience. I tried at least a dozen other places (private techs and salons) since moving here, and this one is the best imo. The front desk employees are incredibly accommodating, professional, and kind. I highly recommend getting your services from Tammy or Vivian, they are both very talented nail techs!

Mark is the owner and puts in the hours for a successful business, a rarity for a owner to do that. I’ve been going to Mark for over 20 years, he’s meticulous and a genius with color; No one is like him! You feel at home when your at the salon.
I love coming to the threading club. The woman who work here recognize me and know what services I like, and do an excellent job. I come here exclusively. Also love that their East Longmeadow location is close to other shopping so I can do many things nearby while I'm out. Definitely give them a try!

I just wanted to share how grateful I am for the experience we had at Visual Changes Salon, especially with Jasmine. My mom has Alzheimer’s, and getting her to a hair appointment can sometimes be challenging—but Jasmine was absolutely wonderful with her.
She was so patient, kind, and gentle throughout the entire process. She took her time, made my mom feel comfortable, and treated her with such dignity and warmth. It meant more than I can put into words.
And on top of that—my mom’s hair looked beautiful afterward! It was styled so nicely and truly brought a smile to her face (and mine). I can't thank Jasmine enough for turning what could have been a stressful experience into something so positive and special.

I came from out of town and was in desperate need of a haircut (I have long, thick hair). I was running behind and Mena still took me. She did an amazing job! The cut was exactly what I wanted and she took the time to blow my hair dry and straighten it with a flat iron. We have been to both the Agawam and East Longmeadow stores and had excellent service from knowledgeable and friendly sales staff. We are having a bathroom remodeled and their input has been extremely helpful. Getting an appointment for measurements was fast and the selection of flooring is extensive. I live 50 miles from Meadow Place Dental which means I drive past hundreds of other dentist offices in order to be treated by Dr. Life and his staff. My first visit was about eight years ago after my former dentist retired. I'd tried several others-- three that I can think of-- and was stumped until my cousin recommended MPD.
Dr. Life is friendly and patient and he'll always presents options to whatever needs to be done. After a visit for an extraction, filling, flipper, whatever, he'll call to make sure I'm doing all right.
I'm also impressed by his staff-- Kelly, Jeannie, Sandy, Linda and the rest who are welcoming and always in a good mood, even if they aren't. But mostly they are, I can tell.

Melissa is the sweetest person you will meet at any front desk. She's the heart and soul, welcoming everyone with her smile and positive attitude. Dr. Z has no competition. His skill in fixing what's broken and honesty in leaving what's not is rarely seen these days. He's seen me through dental care during my pregnancies when I really needed someone I trusted to do the job, and for the over a decade that I've been a patient. Although I have close to an hour drive from home, it's worth the trip. His new hygienist is just as great as he and Melissa are. The team works together really well. Happy staff = happy customers. Thank you for your many years of service.

SWEAT Power Yoga is *versatile* people! This place isn’t ‘just hot yoga’, it’s all the movements, in many classes, with various studio temperatures to support each type of class. If you think you are ‘good at yoga’, try it with TRX and find out. TRX yoga has been a wondrous challenge that provides new ways of exploring and -literally- supporting familiar poses. SOUL sessions are my favorite class offering to book, a must-try for all yogis!

Ginnie was absolutely amazing! The environment was warm and inviting, with soothing music and heated sheets! She was very kind, patient, and made me feel completely comfortable and cared for. You can tell she is passionate about her work and strives to help her clients in a way that best fits their particular needs. A 60 minute full body massage left me feeling so relaxed, especially the next day! Highly recommend Ginnie and looking forward to booking again!
I have been waiting my entire life to find Camille! She is not only talented at what she does but also she has this special vibe about her. She is absolutely professional and very knowledgeable with so many other things not related to massage. What I love is that she will recommend what she thinks is necessary to help you like breathing exercises , a heating pad and will talk to you.
