New generation flooring recently install new hardwood flooring in my home. I felt comfortable and confident the moment I met Vitor and Welliton. Not only were they very kind and super Knowledgeable, The fact that they speak Portuguese, Spanish and English was an addition bonus due to the fact that our household is multilingual. Wellinton and his crew handled our compressed timeline without cutting corners on acclimation, cure, or install quality, they stayed solid throughout a long, drawn out project. Gaps are tight, grain transitions look right, and the finish detail is excellent. The color and sheen pull together consistently across the whole space and look sharp in natural light. They ran negative air during sanding so zero dust migrated to occupied units. No issues on walkthrough and the space was ready to move into the next day. I’ve been in the business over 20 years, hands down the best flooring contractor I’ve ever used and I wouldn’t use anyone else
We had a great experience with New Generation Flooring. They installed new flooring, completed self-leveling on the subfloor to address uneven areas and replaced messy baseboards on our main floor, and took care of several patch repairs.
Our home is older, so nothing is perfectly square or level. There are uneven floors, walls, and plenty of quirks that come with an older house. The team did an excellent job working around those imperfections, finding practical solutions, and delivering a finished product that looks clean and professional.
