639 Mt Auburn St, Watertown“I really love it here! I wish I'd discovered yoga the way it's taught here by their wonderful staff years ago. Everyone is very kind and welcoming, and I'm impressed by how well-run the classes are to fit their wide array of experience within their student body. I'm a generally strong/athletic person and I still found the classes to be hugely strengthening for parts of my body that I already considered pretty strong, like my shoulders and core. I've also had lots of issues with mobility and back pain from years of higher impact/intensity sports and classes here made a huge difference after 1-2 classes per week for a month.“

Stephen is flexible considering that I am in my 70s and has been very helpful with allowing to recapture some of my youth.“

“We were fortunate to end up at New Generation Martial Arts. During the first one on one introductory class, Shihan LeMay, spent time with my son, taught him some of the very fundamental tenets of Karate, and showed him how to mediate. Since then, he has been going for classes once a week. He loves going for the classes and finds the teachers and other kids in the group to be awesome. I am very thankful to Shihan LeMay for sparking the interest in Karate for my son and guiding him further. A great teacher and coach can truly make a transformational difference.“

Cassie's approach is comprehensive, including how to manage diet/meals, maximizing the benefits of recovery and rest, and doing all of this in a way that is practical. I am so pleased with my progress! I am definitely going to continue working with Cassie!“

“I had the pleasure of meeting John, the owner, during Lexington’s Discovery Day this past fall. My husband and I have been taking vigorous walks most days throughout the pandemic, but I had been thinking about adding a more specialized workout to that routine. I spent some time on the BodyScapes website, and it looked like it might be just the place for me. After talking with John, I was fully convinced and signed up the next day. I’ve been attending twice a week for an hour at a time for about two months now, and I have not been disappointed. The exercise space is well-designed, and the trainers are friendly, knowledgeable, and fun. I look forward to my workouts!“

“Spectrum has a great program and wonderful trainer staff to keep you healthy and in shape.I've been biking and climbing for years but needed more structure to do complementary exercises and I lacked the discipline to do so on my own. I decided to try Spectrum Fitness and has been doing it twice a week for just about 1 year so far. My overall strength and stability has greatly increased and I couldn't be happier with the decision. I just signed up for another 12 month program.I recommend the small group program - I find it has a good balance of price and plenty of personal attention from the training team.“
